01Mission and values

What we are building, and who it is for

Pinnacle Cannabis is being built for adults who want a straight answer before they buy. Not a dispensary that shouts, and not a shop that assumes you already know the vocabulary. A calm room, a tested menu, and staff whose job is to explain rather than to upsell.

  • 01

    Quality

Every product we stock arrives with its independent Massachusetts laboratory results attached, and we read them before we buy. We would rather carry a shorter menu we can stand behind than a long one we cannot.

  • 02

    Safety

Identification is checked at the door and again at the register. Product is held in sealed, access-controlled storage, and it moves through the building along one supervised path from delivery bay to counter.

  • 03

    Education

Nobody here works on commission. We will explain what a cannabinoid ratio means, what a low starting dose looks like, and when the honest answer is that nothing on our shelf is right for what you are asking.

02Location and access

Easy to reach, and easy to get into

Our building sits in an established retail hub in Sharon, MA, a short drive from Interstate 95 on a stretch already used to steady daytime traffic. Roughly 2,800 sq ft across a single level, with surface parking at the door and step-free access from the car park through to the sales floor.

Inside, the plan separates the parts of the building customers use from the parts they do not. You arrive into a reception vestibule where identification is checked, and the sales floor opens beyond it. No stairs, no basement, and no side entrance to hunt for.

Delivery area

We are planning our route outward from Sharon, MA across the surrounding Massachusetts communities. Delivery starts only once the Cannabis Control Commission issues our delivery licence, and the towns we can serve depend on its final terms, so we are not publishing a map we might have to withdraw.

Tell us your town and we will say plainly where it sits against the route we are planning.

03Services

Two ways to buy, held to the same standard

Whichever route you take, the identification checks, the staff training and the product are identical. The only thing that changes is whether you come to the counter or the counter comes to you.

Service 01

In-store shopping

Come in, take your time, and talk to somebody who is paid to explain rather than to sell. Our sales floor is laid out so you can read a label without a queue forming behind you.

  • Government-issued photo ID checked at the entrance, before you reach the sales floor
  • Printed menus at the counter listing cannabinoid content, terpenes and batch test dates
  • One-to-one guidance for first-time buyers, with no minimum purchase and no pressure
  • Single-level layout from the car park to the register, with step-free access throughout

Service 02

Home delivery

For customers who would rather not travel, we are building a delivery service out of the same building, run by the same trained team and held to the same identification checks.

  • Identity verified when you order and again, in person, at your door
  • Two-person delivery teams in unmarked vehicles, with product held in a secured lockbox in transit
  • Deliveries to a residential address only, never to a public place, a vehicle or a workplace kerb
  • A named arrival window rather than an open-ended wait, confirmed before the vehicle leaves

04Product categories

Four categories, chosen batch by batch

See all categories
  • Flowers

Whole flower and pre-rolls from Massachusetts cultivators, sold by strain with cannabinoid and terpene results printed on every label.

  • Edibles

Gummies, chocolates, baked goods and beverages in measured, individually portioned doses, with milligrams stated per piece and per pack.

  • Vaporizers

Cartridges, disposables and dry-herb hardware from producers we have checked for testing transparency and consistent batch reporting.

  • Accessories

Grinders, glass, papers, cleaning supplies, storage and lockable containers for keeping product away from children and pets.

A rotating selection, not a fixed catalogue

Harvest cycles, batch testing and cultivator supply change from week to week, so the menu moves with them. Strain names, potency and price vary by batch, and something on the shelf one week may not be there the next. Ask us what has just landed.

05Positive Impact Plan

An obligation to the town, not a donation from it

Every adult-use cannabis licence in Massachusetts arrives with a commitment attached. Applicants file a Positive Impact Plan with the Cannabis Control Commission and negotiate a Host Community Agreement with the town, and both are conditions of operating rather than gestures made afterwards.

We would rather set ours out now, before we open, while it can still be held against us.

  • 01

    Hiring close to home

Recruitment starts in Sharon and the neighbouring towns, and we cover the cost of state-required agent registration and training for everyone we bring on. A job here should not depend on already holding the certificate.

  • 02

    A fixed share of profit

We set aside an agreed share of annual profit for local causes, chosen with input from our staff and our neighbours rather than decided in a back office. We intend to publish where it goes each year.

  • 03

    Equity in a young industry

We work with the Commonwealth Social Equity and Economic Empowerment programmes and hold open interviews for applicants affected by prior cannabis convictions, in the trade that those convictions once locked them out of.

  • 04

    Education without a till

Free sessions on safe storage, dosing and impaired driving, open to residents whether or not they ever buy anything from us. No purchase, no sign-up, no pitch at the end.

06Compliance and security

A building divided into zones, on purpose

Our building is designed around the operational requirements the Cannabis Control Commission sets for adult-use retail, and our written procedures were drafted against them. We describe how the facility is built and how we intend to run it, and we leave the determination of compliance to the Commission and to the Town of Sharon, where it belongs.

  1. Entry and reception

Nobody reaches the sales floor without a valid government-issued photo ID showing they are 21 or over. The check happens in the vestibule, before the second door releases, and it happens again at the register.

  2. Sales floor

An open, camera-covered room with product held behind the counter rather than on self-service shelves. Occupancy is managed so conversations stay private and nobody is rushed through a decision.

  3. Restricted storage and vault

Inventory is held in a locked, alarmed vault with access limited to registered agents. Product moves to the floor in recorded quantities only, and the vault is closed and reconciled at the end of every trading day.

  4. Offices and record keeping

Administrative areas sit behind their own controlled door, separate from both the vault and the floor. Seed-to-sale records, camera retention and visitor logs are kept here under our written operating procedures.
