When do you expect to open?

We expect to open in early 2024, and the date rests with the Cannabis Control Commission rather than with us. Our Special Permit from the Sharon Zoning Board of Appeals is secured, and our retail and delivery applications are in process. We will publish a firm opening date here as soon as the licence is issued, and we would rather tell you late than tell you wrong.

Question 2

Which areas will you deliver to?

Accepted Answer

We are planning our delivery route outward from Sharon across the surrounding Massachusetts communities, and the service begins only once our delivery licence is granted. The confirmed town list depends on the final terms of that licence, so we are not publishing a map we might have to withdraw. Send us your town through the contact form and we will tell you plainly where it sits relative to the route we are planning.

What identification do I need?

You must be 21 or over with a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID: a driver licence, a state ID card, a passport or a military ID. A photograph of your licence on your phone does not count, and neither does an expired card. In store we check at the entrance and again at the register. For a delivery, your identity is verified when you place the order and again in person at your door, and the person named on the order has to be the person who receives it.

What licences do you hold, and what is still in process?

Our Special Permit from the Town of Sharon Zoning Board of Appeals has been secured, which establishes that the use and the location are approved locally. Our adult-use retail licence application and our delivery application are both in process with the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission. Until those are issued we cannot sell or deliver anything, and nothing on this site should be read as an offer to do so.

How is the facility secured?

The building is divided into separate access-controlled zones: an entry vestibule where identification is checked before the inner door releases, a camera-covered sales floor with product held behind the counter rather than on open shelves, a locked and alarmed vault where inventory is stored, and administrative offices behind their own controlled door. Access is limited to registered agents, product moves to the floor in recorded quantities only, and the vault is closed and reconciled at the end of every trading day.

How much can I buy in a single visit?

As the law stands in Massachusetts, an adult may buy up to one ounce of cannabis flower in a single transaction, of which no more than five grams may be concentrate, and may carry up to one ounce on their person. Our staff cannot sell past those limits under any circumstances. We will tell you where a basket sits against them while you are still deciding, rather than at the register.

Where exactly are you, and is there parking?

We are in Sharon, Massachusetts, in an established retail hub a short drive from Interstate 95. The building is roughly 2,800 square feet on a single level, with surface parking at the door and step-free access from the car park through to the sales floor. We will publish the full street address once our retail licence has been issued.

How will I be able to pay, and can I order ahead?

We will confirm accepted payment methods before we open. The options available to cannabis retailers in Massachusetts depend on banking arrangements that we would rather state accurately than guess at, so we are not going to promise a method we cannot yet guarantee. We intend to offer ordering ahead for collection, and delivery orders will be placed through this site.
